I used to work in that building as part of the Facilities group. an interesting building in that it was build on a roughly 4 and half foot grid that allowed for modular walls and doors to be used so that an entire floor of offices could be built in just a couple of weeks. Also since Westinghouse had the Westinghouse furniture system (knoll group) many of the modular pieces in the the cubicle system also worked with the office walls.
