Beautiful. We try to pick up a bunch of the white-ish ones for making pie, either right before or after Halloween, because they are cheaper then. More and firmer flesh than those bred just to be jack-o-Lanterns.
I’ll be a pedant and point out few of those beautiful gourds are technically pumpkins, so technically we’re not really making pumpkin pie out of them…
